Suite Ancient Egypt

Canadian poet and playwright Penn Kemp created this 28-page book that folds into a standing pyramid shape. Cartouches of various Egyptian gods and goddesses by Peter Haase provide the illustrations. Blind embossing on the inside cover depicts an open sarcophagus. The inside text was set in Georgia and Avant Garde typefaces and printed on recycled Wausua Celebration Anniversary Gold 80 pound paper with a Xerox 5200 laser jet printer. The book was hand-sewn with cotton thread.
